If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information (such as your name and email) that Google shares with us for authentication.

We keep a record of your credit balance, credit purchases, unlocked designs, favorites, and downloads, so the Service can show you your history and let you re-download what you've bought.
(d) Information collected automatically
We collect technical and usage data such as device type, browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.
(e) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies for authentication, security, and keeping you signed in.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- operate your account, credit balance, and download history;
- process credit-pack purchases through our payment provider;
- authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- respond to support requests;
- send essential service emails (such as purchase confirmations); and
- send our newsletter, if you've opted in.
3. How we share your information
We share personal data only with:
- Lemon Squeezy, to process credit-pack payments;
- hosting, database, and infrastructure providers that run the Service;
- authorities, when legally required, or to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- a buyer or successor, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address only to send it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No system is fully secure, but we continuously work to improve our safeguards.

You can update your account details directly, or contact us at [email protected] for requests that need manual review — including account deletion, which also removes your download history and unspent credit balance.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations tied to your purchases.
8. Children
Our Service is not directed to children under the legal age in their jurisdiction to provide consent for personal data processing. If we learn we collected such data without valid authorization, we will take steps to delete it.
9. Third-party links and services
The Service links out to third-party providers, including Lemon Squeezy for checkout and, for Canva templates, Canva's own editor. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
10. Region-specific disclosures
Users in certain jurisdictions (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and some U.S. states) may have additional statutory rights over their personal data. We honor applicable rights requests where required by law.
