She exports it as a PDF, sends it out on WhatsApp, and then... waits. Replies trickle in through DMs. Some people say yes in the group chat. Others forget entirely. By the time the RSVP window closes, she has a scattered mess of responses across four different apps and a guest list that's impossible to manage.
We saw this pattern with birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events, graduation dinners. The design part was solved — Canva, Figma, Adobe, they've all made it easy to create something beautiful. The management part was still completely broken.
So we built the missing piece.
Pick and Create connects directly to the invitation you've already designed. You paste your embed link into Canva, Notion, or any website, and your RSVP form appears inline — styled, functional, and ready. Guests respond right there on the invitation page. You see every answer in a live dashboard.

Who is it really for?
We built Pick and Create with two types of people in mind. The first is the host — someone planning a wedding, a milestone birthday, a corporate retreat. They care deeply about how their event looks and feels, but they don't want to build a website or manage a database. They just want a form that works and a list that stays organized.
The second is the designer or event planner who manages multiple clients. They create event content professionally and need a way to hand off a fully functional, branded RSVP experience without requiring their client to set up anything technical. The Creator Plan was built specifically for this person.
We're not trying to replace your design tools. We're just making sure that what you design actually does something.
